Estimated Shipping Period
All orders are processed within 6 business days of receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a separate notification with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.

Packaging
All plots are unframed, carefully rolled, placed inside a shipping tube, and then boxed for delivery.

US Orders
Free shipping on all U.S. orders.

International Orders
Orders shipped outside the U.S. are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location. Most orders within the USA arrive within 5–10 days, while international shipments typically take 10–20 days or more.



When your order arrives, please handle the package with care. Avoid using sharp tools to open the box, as they might accidentally damage the print inside. Gently unroll the artwork or pen-plot.

Each pen plot or other artwork is unique., limited, and numbered, making it a truly exclusive and collectible piece. No returns. All purchases are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at contact@zooxcape.com and notify the postal service as well. We consider each concern case-by-case basis carefully and do our best to provide a reasonable solution. To speed things up, kindly share a photo of the damage pen plot or artwork.
